Minecraft Realms error

i order a Minecraft Realms Server on Tue Sep 20 11:34 UTC 2016 and have not been able to get on the server error message java.net.connectException: connection refused :no further information: also i have invite other players and they have not been able to get on the server aswill.
also i cannot change the world or switch to mini games it just stays on the loading screen.
