Extending Realms

I purchased a Realm just under a month ago using the Gear VR. Ive been using the realm with a friend. When there was 8 days left i decided to extend the realm for anther 30days. so i went ahead and went through with the transaction on the Gear VR.

But instead of extending the realm it made a whole new one. This is not what i asked it to do.

After 3 days of communication between yourselves and Oculus you are both sending me to a from each other and noone is accepting liability.

So now i have 2 Realms.

I am currently requesting a full refund and will not be purchasing anything from yourselves or Oculus again. ive been a minecraft player and server owner for many years.
