Villagers Inifinite Bread

Some villiagers were placed in a hole to breed. Gave them 2 stacks of bread. They continued to exchange with the others but it never stopped and I tried picking up all the items but there is way more than what I gave them.
I now have a double chest of bread. I found it hilarious but ridiculous.

 

I am aware they could of farmed it and had it but most of the original villagers weren't put with the bread ones. So I find the amount to be excessive.
