Error -504 Cant switch worlds

Yesterday I switched worlds on the realm me and my buddies have been playing with. It switched fine but when i went to switch back it took forever and eventualy threw an error ( said nothing but -504). Now I cant do anything except play on the current world. I cant switch worlds, start a mini game, backup the current world, reset the current world. No matter what i try it just takes forever then throws a -504 code. If I try downloading the backup or reverting to one it will give me a "could not restore the backup (500)" error. If i try resetting the world by uploading a singleplayer file it uploads the file, then tried to verify it and throws another error saying Upload failed! (World is busy). My IG name is Spot_CSG and the realm name is Kill 2.
