End city bug

. After beating the ender dragon and going through the end city portal that spawned I logged off and rejoined but now eveytime me or my friends try to go through the portal it puts us in a black void where we can’t see anything or move. Also can’t use ended pearls or anything escape and after leaving the realm and rejoining it takes forever to re join and the screen gets stuck on “building terrain”
