Realms free Trial is not showing up

The button in the worlds tab to get the 30 day free trial isn't showing up for myself or my 2 other friends. We aren't on beta, have never signed up for realms (haven't played in years), and we aren't on the beta. Our xbox privacy settings is all set to Allow and Everyone under the "Clubs and Groups tab"

 

Sometimes, when the game isn't connected to Xbox Live, there is an empty dark box where the trial option SHOULD be.
