Realms have problems

Hello, i hope this is the place for this kind of issues.

 

I have to report some issues in realms for Minecraft Bedrock.

 

I have purchased a realm and i put the VanillaBDcraft texture pack, me and my friends played on it and i wanted to download it, it downloads but the import fails. Apparently the realm does not register a texture pack, when playing the texture pack is applied but in the settings no texture pack is applied. I cannot replace the realm with a backup, please HELP.
