Unable to complete download of 2 player realm

Myself and various members of my Minecraft facebook group are unable to download realm worlds or download a back up of our worlds on Windows 10 or Xbox One Version of Bedrock, I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling and I have also replaced the realm world with a new one (losing days of work in the process) this isn't occurring on 10 player realms either.
