Realms are not saving between sessions

 I like the Realms .. and I'd been playing for 2 months on various maps, until a week ago. That is when the problem started.

I'm currently playing the Advanced Sky adventure game...but every time I exit the game and come back (after more than just a few minutes) all of my progress is lost and I am back at the start once again. (very frustrating)

The name of my realm is Hotsou's Home / Hotsou's Playground. 

If this is not fixed; I will not continue my subscription...oh, and I will be sad.
