Can't join realm because the account you are signed into is already playing this world on a different device.

I was playing yesterday on my friends realm with account name 'FreeSomeMouse' .

Just then my game glitched and i came out to my homescreen . 

I tried to relaunch the game and then it got stuckked on building terrain of the realm .

Then i restarted the app and it got stuckked on the same screen .

I uninstalled and then reinstalled the minecraft and then it says "can't join realm because the account you are signed into is already playing this world on a different device"

Then i asked my friends to see me and i was showing online like afk .

Please someone fix this.
