Have a Realms Subscription But Can't Get Into the Worlds

I have a running Realms Subscription, but I can't see it. I attached a screenshot of where it says I have a subscription and a screenshot of what it looks like when I open the game.

• I have connected my Xbox Live account
• My privacy measures allow multiplayer
• My MC version is up to date (1.8.24)
• My MC account was migrated a long time ago and is connected to my Mojang account.
• I've uninstalled and reinstalled MC.
• I've tried just about anything else I could think of.

I'm confused. Why hasn't my Realm shown up? Do I have to do something to get it into this newer version of Minecraft? (I had been using the Java version, but then it decided to magically update itself.)
