Realm managing doesn't work

When I teleport to somewhere I wait about 10 seconds and after that I die with the message "l_MrBoom_l fell from a high place". When I tried to respawn I got kicked from the realm with message "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: Удалённый хост принудительно разорвал существующее подключение"(in Russian). When I try join the realm I join for 1 second and get kicked with that message again or "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:". I can't join.

Also when I try manage realm(install the backup, change world name and so on) I receive an error 500.

Sometimes I receive an error "Timed out".

This error happen sometimes(about 3 times a day), not always.
