Error message after downloading world from realm

I'm reporting the same issue my brother is having as it is now happening to me to. When I tried to download my world from my realm I got the same error message "a newer version of the game has saved this level. it cannot be loaded." I go out a lot and like having an offline copy of my realm so that I can continue playing where ever and whenever I like even in the hospital. I cannot afford this to be not working. Please fix this!
