Cannot connect to friends' realm due to my account being glitched on the realm to stay there

I have been having problems on my friends' realms where I cannot connect due to the fact that my user has been glitched onto the realm forever without any device playing on it, and this has resulted in a error screen. This situation has been going on for 2 days now, and I have taken all the support that seemed useful, this means:

• Changing XBOX Live passwords
• Logging in and out from XBOX Live
• Deleted Minecraft and downloaded again
• Restarted device
• Force-stopped Minecraft
• Banned from the realm then added back

Which of all have not worked, so I came on this website here for the proper assistance I need. This is my friends' free trial of a realm and our realm has not expired, this is our 5th or 4th day. I am worried this will carry on repeatedly until the realm has expired.
