Invalid Session - Please try restarting Minecraft

I am runnning the current verision for java edition 1.13.1... I have tried everything. Restarting Minecraft, logging in and logging out of the launcher, reinstalling Minecraft but no fix. I also tried deleting the Minecraft realms persistence json file. Please help. I saw there was one similar to this but it was for an old version and it was marked resolved with no clear fix.
