NO SOUND

I'm sure I'm not posting this in the right place and if so I apologize for that.  I have searched for a previously posted issue, but did not find one.  If I should post this somewhere else, please let me know that as well.  I'm desperate to find an answer. 

 

Back in April of this year, 2018, I purchased Minecraft through the Apple TV App Store, game play’s fine, video is fine, but there is no audio. I’ve checked audio settings in the Minecraft Apple TV Edition, in Apple TV, and all other audio settings like tv and receiver, and all the other apps' audio works perfectly. I have attempted to force quit the app as well with no success. I have also completely deleted the app and re-downloaded it to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing this situation? If you have experienced this and have solved the problem please let me know your solution, I would greatly appreciate it. And of course thank you all in advance!
