Ream Failing to open

The last two days I have been having a problem getting into a realm that I am a member of.

It either takes 3 to 5 minutes to open the realm or it fails completely

 

Trying to upload a screen shot but alas....

Jira could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again.
