Can't manage realms subscription

I started a realms account for two players a while ago. I later wanted to update this to a ten player account.
I've tried to manage my subscription from the Minecraft PE but always get an "error code" (included in picture). In Applestore I can´t see the two player realm purchase/subscription.
I want to end my first realm (2-player) and want it to disappear from my list of realms. I also would like to manage my realm from Minecraft PE on my iPad.
