Does not acknowledge I have bought a realm

My realm was present, but over the past week and a half, it has been nonexistent. It only shows the buy button. I was also charged a second time for realms. I have sent in 2 tickets one regarding when the realm at first would not appear and just now for my account being charged a second time. Currently, it only shows the buy realm button, nothing else.
