Realm chrases my game

This is what happened. First I used my free trail to create a Minecraft Java Realm. When me and five other friends played on it for about 2 hours. Then when one guy tried to relogg because he had left to go eat and when he did his game chrased. Then only a few seconds later we all got kicked form the server and when we tried to relog we had the same issue, our games chrased!!!! The weird thing is that the realm says that my friends are online on the server playing but the aren't!!

Later I tried to Close the realm because I thought that might fix the problem but when i pressed the Close realm button the game didn't Close it at all it just said "closing realm". Other things I cant do is change World, download my current World and netiher create a new World. Basically I can't do ANYTHING.
