White payment screen

I'm trying to subscribe to Minecraft Bedrock Realms on PC, but I'm having complications

I click to create the world in a realm for 10 players, and when I go to sign up the payment page simply doesn't load!!
There's just an infinite white page, so I can't subscribe to Realm

Could you help me solve this problem?
