Can't change any settings in my realm on Minecraft Bedrock

When I try changing any setting on my realm it won't save. I tried changing the name, but it resets to the default. This happens with any other thing I try, like changing the difficulty or activating other world settings. I've tried changing them on my phone and on my PS4, but nothing. I saw another report saying they couldn't change the difficulty, kind of the same problem I have. The issue is, that report says it's already fixed, but I know for a fact it isn't, and the solutions on the comments on that issue did not work. The best I could do was save my realm world, change the settings while it was a local world, and upload it again.
