Unable to join realms including own, "Disconnected from Server"

Every time I attempt to join my friend's realm or my own realm (I have an active subscription, probably not for long due to this), it loads for around 5 seconds before displaying, "Disconnected from Server." Tried joining on PC and PS5 on home wifi and on mobile with home wifi and LTE.
