Realms subscription on Playstation does not renew

I have my 2 childrens realms accounts set up on playstation to auto renew and this appears to have an issue - 

• Playstation take the money from the wallet

• I get an email to say the payment was successful

• The realm says it's expired

This seems to be a problem with the way that the PSN and Realms is interacting.

This has now happened multiple times for both children and everytime i log a ticket to be told to log out and back in again.

Once the ticket is logged and the realm is checked on the support end, it starts to work. 

This is clearly some sort of bug and needs to be resolved ASAP as it is frustrating to do this every month.
