Paid realm subscription but expired

I have renewed my realm subscription 1 week early when compared to the time, I first started my realm (Paid on 8th, but the realm subscription was started at 15th). I have already renewed it for this month (the subscription is verified in Microsoft account; it also checks out on my card. But somehow, the realm is shown to be expired. I can't even renew it, because it shows that it is active. There are also the discrepancies with the payment time
