Realms do not update clients with new add-on info upon join.

After adding Add-Ons to a realm, clients joining are not being made aware of the new resources needed (or the prompt isn't reliably showing up on clients).

 

Seems like a client server versioning issue.  Makes joining realms very frustrating as some clients will have to join many times, hoping the download resources dialog pops up so they don't crash upon load.
