Realms crashes when I try to join a world/Cannot switch to different world

We were playing on a realm last night when the game crashed with an unexpected error. When trying to rejoin the world the game just crashes and states: GAME CRASH. An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Attaching a crash report.
