My Realm shows expired when it is paid up to date

My Realms user name is DarkSkyWatch.

Platform is PS5.

I have been using my Realms constantly and the renewly is automatic and up to date.

My account shows two realms. One named "Delete" which has never been used.

The other is named 'DarkSkyWatch Realm' and is used constantly for myself and children.

Today I tried to launch my Realm and it is showing "expired". Where as the other Realm named "Delete" is showing as active. 

I can no longer launch worlds on my real Realm name "DarkSkyWatch Realm".

Even the Realm named "Delete" which is showing as active will not launch a world.

 

It is clear that the wrong realm has been marked as "Expired". 

Please correct the error with these Realms.
