NETHER PORTAL NOT WORKING

I’ve already put two reports in that just got ignored. So, im trying again. This is a really complicated system for making reports so please don’t close my report. I really don’t understand what “reproduce” is.

 

To put it into context, every time I go and use the Nether Portal I do not get teleported.My character just sits there and you can see all the particles float off the portal.

 

i would post a clip but unfortunately I’m not on PC, I’m on Mobile and for some reason it doesn’t let me upload clips to this website.

 

PLEASE I’m begging do not close this report, I’m really confused I just want it fixed, isn’t this enough of a description? Like I physically cannot progress into the game because I can’t enter the Nether.

 

I’m on Xbox One S, on my fiancés realm and I cannot enter the Nether.

 

I would also add all of the Add-Ons but my last report got deleted and now I can’t be bothered to write them down again.

 

its just so incredibly infuriating that I cannot get this resolved because my reports “aren’t good enough”
