Cannot access the Nether

I’ve had this issue since last night GMT. I cannot access the Nether, so I can’t move forward in the game. This is currently on my Minecraft Realm.

i just stand there waiting to be teleported but it doesn’t happen, no noises nothing. I just see the particles floating off the portal.
