Realm expired after only 8 days and can't renew

I went to renew my realm even though it expired after 8 days instead of 30 when it was set to bill automatically. I followed the steps to renew and I ended up creating a new realm with a new billing cycle instead of renewing. 

I want to renew my original realm (SOFA Server) and be able to access the worlds on there with all my friends like normal, especially world 3.

I should not be charged again when the subscription should not have showed as expired in the first place.
