Sky Block One Block by Pickaxe will not update

I play Sky Block One Block by Pickaxe on my Realm on my iPhone.  My Minecraft app on iPhone is up to date.  However, the Sky Block world inside the Realm does not have any new features since before the Wild update as far as I can tell.  There are no frogs, mango trees, etc.

Is this a bug or is there some way to force the world inside the Realm to update to add new content?
