Realms Showing Yellow Light And Not Letting Anyone Join When It Has Already Taken Money

My Realms won't let anyone join it also has a flashing yellow light and says it has withdrawn the money already and that I renew in 5 days I have recurring billing on but it always says it failed to connect to the server for everyone and there aren't any issues with internet or my computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
