Inventory Slots Don't Change

At random points in time, inventory slots won't accept new items or allow the removing of items. This is a bug that has existed for a long time now and it is completely inconsistent. The slot is random, and eventually it stops glitching. It lasts for about 5 - 10 minutes at a time.
