Lost all inventory and items on my person from last time I logged on.

I had the below items on my person when I logged doff yesterday.  When I logged on this morning, my person was bare and had no inventory.

 

Full diamond armor with mending enchantments.

Diamond pickaxe with mending and fortune III

Diamond sword with mending enchantment

Diamond shovel with mending enchantment
