Realms Stories keeps crashing on PS4 with error CE-34878-0

I can't access my stats page on Realms Stories.

I updated the game, started it, logged on my Microsoft account, opened the new menu, and when I access my profile page the game just crashes with error CE-34878-0.

As a side problem, my friends can see each other players' stats, except mine.

I am the only one playing from PS4 in my group, so I'm quite sure it's my platform the real problem.
