Relam is not working

Hi there!

I'm just here to report a problem with the realms. I've purchased the monthly $11.99 subscription for 10 players on my bedrock addition Minecraft, via my PS4. I had this previously as I claimed had the 30-day trial, so technically I renewed it. I had no problem with the payment for the renewal, but when I joined the game now it won't allow me to replace previous servers I wish to override with new worlds as well as create or play the old ones. It keeps coming up saying I need to check my wifi and try again. I have tried everything to the best of my ability restarting the game itself and the console I'm playing on as well as connecting to different wifi networks and it won't budge. Please be sure to let me know what I can further do to get it up and running again.
