Can't upload world after renew into my realm

Already try to follow steps from the troubleshooting page

Close and reopen sever several times.

Change DNS to automatic, my ports are open.also I have DMZ on my router to my PlayStation 5 so I think is not my problem.

I closed the game several times. 

I'm receiving problems when upload a world using my PS5.

It's saids Error: An error occurred.
