CAn only move and breack blocks on friends realm, also stuck in one chunk

I'm stuck in one chunk on my friends realm, The only thing I can do is move around and break blocks but I don't get anything from them. When I try and place blocks it says it left my hand but only appears for a split second before it disappears from the ground. I can craft stuff but I cant place crafting table. Every time I exit and rejoin I spawn in the same place no matter how far I went, no blocks that I destroyed are still there but I spawn with everything I crafted. Mobs wont move or attack me and I cant attack them, I cant open chests or doors, if I breack a block like kelp where if the bottom block is destroyed the ones above it will break to then the kelp blocks above it don't break, also when I break a block in water the water doesn't fill it in. I also cant be hurt at all. If I go to far I fall out of the world but at the rate that I was falling in water but I cant swim up. This has not happened for anyone else so it could also be my computer
