Realm player count not accurate

My realm list isn’t showing up. But the realm player count is inaccurate. Both players are playing in the realm I am trying to join. When I click on one player, it says realm is full, when I click on the other player it says “failed attempting to join realm”. The realm is not full. I just really would like to play in the realm.
