I bought realms and all members can connect except me.

Recently, there was a problem with mojang's realms server and I couldn't access it. I thought it was my problem. During this period, I tried to reinstall Minecraft. Maybe it was because I had deleted it, so I couldn't connect to realms now. When my friends told me that realms had been repaired, I entered the game, but stayed in fetching realms. It took about 2 hours to load, but it still couldn't load. It even showed in the settings that I didn't subscribe to realms. Please ask Mojang to handle the ASAP.
