Still can not connect to realm

Hello, my game ID is Playone6036. My friends and I can't connect to realm again and again. I was wondering why we can not enter the realm after you replied me that the problem I provide has been solved. And I don't know what I can do when this situiation happen again. What I can do is tell you the problem I meet and hope your team can fixed the problem as soon as possible. Many thanks for your  assistance.
