Error "Unable to connect to realms at this time. We will try again in a moment"

Realms hasn't been working properly for about a week. We're doing the 1-month free trial because we want the whole family to be able to play on our map. We use multiple platforms, such as Xbox, cell phone, and computer. However, we can't access it properly and with these constant errors, we're rethinking whether to continue with the subscription. Please fix the error in Realms in version 1.21.21 so that we can continue playing smoothly. Below are images of the error messages. I await your response and solution. Thank you.
