World is in operation CLOSE

We have been shut out from our Realms server for the past 2 days with a message saying, "World is in operation CLOSE since 2018-08-08T00:54:23.996Z (PT27H45M49.9575( - 500".

Our realms owner get the progress screen when closing the world or switching to a different world, but never progress.

Our Realms owner have sent you an email asking for help, but has not been responded.

Please fix this ASAP.
