My account can't connect to my realms after update

Right after the latest update i was unable to connect to my realm i recently just got.  I tried buying a new realm to see if payment processing would fix it but nothing has worked.  I've reinstalled, reset my pc, reset my network. nothing worked.  this led me to believe its an issue with my account itself.  My friends have been able to load into the world no problem.
