There is no way to access my realm and I should be able to because I am paying for it.

When I go to the page on Minecraft to find my realm, it’s just blank and nothing there. I bought this realm a while ago which was doing fine, but after I started paying for it again (august 14th 2024) it started to have trouble loading, this also affects other players who try to access my realm. I hope the team is working on this issue, because I don’t think I’m getting my moneys worth.
