it is not possible to access my realm

I am the owner of the Kingdom,

When I try to enter my kingdom server, it does not appear at the beginning of the available worlds, and after a while it appears but when I try to enter it stays on the loading screen and never enters.

My server colleagues don't see the kingdom or the option to enter either.
