Can't load realms

Hi.

I am having trouble accessing my realms. Any time I try to open my game to open one of my realms it doesn't show them. I have restarted my devices, WIFI, the game, and I am unsure what else to do. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and PlayStation 5. It sometimes loads and I can choose which realm and other times it doesn't. It is also saying on my phone that I have no paid subscriptions when I just purchased it. Any help is much appreciated.
