Can't join realm and fetching realm information stuck on loading

I can’t seem to download my realm world so I search for a solution, someone fixed that by deactivating resources pack and behavious pack on the realm world but then when I did that I can’t join my realm or even access the editing option for the realm world. The fetching information take soooo long to load and wont even load. What do I do?
