Owned realms and friends realms not showing up

Cannot find my realms at all cannot find friends realms at all, played on my personal realm recently as of yesterday’s date August 12 

Please note have reset my Xbox series X  have hard reset my Xbox have deleted the game reinstalled the game. I have reset done it again nothings working ..
